Terms and definitions (e.g. personal data or processing) are described in Article 4 of the German Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). RFH stresses the protection of your personal data and is the responsible entity for the compliance of this website with the DSGVO.

Right to data portability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning you that you have made available to us in a structured, conventional and machine-readable format, and you also have the right to transfer these data to another controller without being impeded by us to whom personal data has been made available. When exercising your right to data portability you have the right to demand that personal data are transferred directly from us to another controlling body, provided this is technically viable.
Right to access, right to rectification, right to restriction of processing, right to erase
Pursuant to prevailing legal norms, you have the right to access the following information at any time: whether we process your personal data, information about these personal data, the origin of these personal data, the recipients who have had or will have access to personal data, the reason for data processing. You have the right to demand that we correct any incorrect personal data concerning you, that we delete your personal data under certain circumstances, and that we block your personal data. Principle of data economy
Pursuant to the principles of data economy and data reduction, we store personal data only as long as it is necessary or required by law. As soon as the reason for data processing or the retention period ends, we block or delete data.
In log files, the provider of this website automatically gathers and saves information that your browser automatically sends us. These data and information can include:
- browser type and browser version
- user operating system
- referring website
- hostname of the accessing computer
- date and time the website was accessed
- IP address
These data will not be merged with other data sets. The temporary storage of data and log files is lawful pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. f of the DSGVO.
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transferred to us. That is why you, as the user, have full control over cookie implementation. You can deactivate or restrict cookies by changing your browser settings. Cookies already stored on your hard drive can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. However, disabling cookies for our website may result in some functions not working correctly.
